Client (hereafter referred to as "you" or "Client") warrants that you own the appropriate copyrights to content (images, designs, copy, and other creative works) furnished to X-PRINTS DISPLAYS (hereafter referred to as "we" or "XPRINTSDISPLAYS") for production of the Client's order. Client further agrees that you will protect XPRINTSDISPLAYS from claims by third parties claiming copyright infringement and pay all legal costs associated with such claims.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of X-PRINTS DISPLAYS or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of X-PRINTS DISPLAYS and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of X-PRINTS DISPLAYS or its software suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Clients who order from X-PRINTS DISPLAYS agree that X-PRINTS DISPLAYS may link to Client websites, publicly display and distribute Client-provided testimonials in all their forms, use copies or extracts from deliverables, display likenesses of current and past employees, and display trademarked Client logos and logotype, for the solicitation and marketing of its services.
Clients who contract with X-PRINTS DISPLAYS to produce a creative work (hereafter referred to as "Design") on their behalf are provided with a non-exclusive, perpetual license to publicly display that Design in conjunction with the associated items shown on the Client's paid invoice. X-PRINTS DISPLAYS retains ownership of copyrights associated with all Designs created by X-PRINTS DISPLAYS and its agents.
Management and Availability of Data
X-PRINTS DISPLAYS uses commercially reasonable efforts to make its online services available with minimal downtime. However, we do not guarantee that this website and related services will be available to you at all times because of maintenance requirements or circumstances caused by others.
X-PRINTS DISPLAYS agrees to maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for the protection of our Clients' personal information, in conformance with X-PRINTS DISPLAYS Privacy Policy.
During the course of doing business with X-PRINTS DISPLAYS, Client agrees to accept sole responsibility for the content of Client data. Client agrees not to transmit or process (a) any material that is infringing, obscene, libelous, which violates the privacy or other rights of any third party, or which is otherwise libelous or tortious, (b) any information or data comprised of "Protected Health Information" subject to and defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") or that would otherwise require X-PRINTS DISPLAYS to be HIPAA compliant, or (c) any software viruses or other code, files, or materials designed to interrupt, damage, or interfere with any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
