X-Prints Displays ships products world wide. We reserve the right to use UPS, FedEX, DHL or another comparable courier service of our choice to ship your products, depending on the final shipping destination.
Free shipping is only available to products with delivery addresses in the United States, Canada or Germany. Shipping to any address outside of the United States, Canada or Germany will incur an additional shipping charge.

To request a return or exchange, simply log-in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
We will accept returns and offer replacements for any defective and broken items. Return/Exchange requests must be made within three days of the receipt date, and all items must be landed at our return location within ten days of the return request acceptance.
- All returned items must be returned unused in the original packaging including any accessories,
with the Return Authorization Number (RAN) clearly printed on the outside of the package.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- The customer is responsible for damage that occurs during the return shipment.
- Returned Items should be shipped via a delivery service that can track an item to final destination.
- Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded.
- At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee up to 25% of the cost of the items returned.
